Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to represent the institution in high-level policy discussions and global forums.
• Proven track record in leading large, diverse teams and complex programs.
• Experience with public and private sector engagement and delivery of investments and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Transport and Logistics department to deliver thought leadership and scalable solutions.
• Oversee timely delivery of investments and advisory services to public and private clients.
• Manage senior-level relationships with governments, private sector, and global clients.
• Lead global engagement efforts in education fora, COP, UNGA, G7/G20 and other initiatives.
• Build internal knowledge, capacity, and a culture of collaboration across regions and units.
• Drive organizational change and reform initiatives to improve efficiency and accountability.
