Sterigenics U.S. LLC, a Sotera Health company, seeks a Director of Technology Support to lead global technology support and equipment qualification for Sterigenics technologies.

The role drives innovation in radiation processing, establishes qualification methodologies, and ensures compliance with ISO, ASTM and AAMI standards. You will oversee qualification, measurement systems, and QE activities across the organization, mentor staff, and collaborate with operations, quality, and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Ten+ years of experience in radiation processing or sterilization tech.
• Detailed knowledge of ISO, ASTM and AAMI standards; ability to work in regulated environments.
• Experience with radiation transport modelling (Monte Carlo/point-kernel) and dosimetry systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide global leadership for IQ/OQ of processing and support equipment across Sterigenics technologies.
• Lead innovation and R&D in radiation processing; develop and validate new capabilities.
• Mentor and develop staff; participate in ISO/AAMI/ASTM technical committees; publish externally.
