Description

Responsible for leading supply/demand teams as well as the sales and operations planning process for the entire global business. Collaborate with process partners across sales, merchandising, finance, marketing, and sourcing to determine strategy and process for supply planning, product fulfillment, and inventory management.

Execute strategic direction and tactical plans for production planning, deployment, demand planning, and sales and operation planning.

Lead Continuous Improvement and process standardization initiatives.

Work closely with manufacturing, sourcing, and customer fulfillment organizations to align on necessary actions to balance customer service metrics, cost targets, and inventory levels.

Reports to the Vice President / General Manager of the overall business.

Serve as a key member of the global leadership team.

Skills And Experiences

  • Ability to lead large teams.
  • Develop, align, and execute a vision and strategy across multiple functions.
