Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading supply/demand teams as well as sales and operations planning process for entire global business
  • Collaborate with process partners across sales, merchandising, finance, marketing and sourcing to determine strategy and process for supply planning, product fulfillment, and inventory management.
  • Execute strategic direction and tactical plans for production planning, deployment, demand planning, and sales and operation planning
  • Lead Continuous Improvement and process standardization initiatives
  • Work closely with manufacturing, sourcing and customer fulfillment organizations to align on necessary actions to balance customer service metrics, cost targets, and inventory levels.
  • Reports to Vice President / General Manager of overall business
  • Serve as a key member of global leadership team
