Mondelēz is on an RGM transformation journey operating globally through a decentralized model composed of four regions with a "Local First, But Not Local Only" motto. This senior role serves as an individual contributor to the Global Head of RGM, leading enterprise‑level RGM strategy and cross‑functional growth programs that accelerate net revenue, margin expansion, and market share across regions. It combines RGM expertise with transformation leadership, owning end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives from design through execution and capability scale‑up.

Core Mastery Areas

• Functional Skills – RGM, inclusive of key enablers (People, Process and Tools) and RGM levers (Pricing, Trade Architecture, Trade Investment Optimization, Mix Management, and Insights‑driven PPA). Leading large‑scale cross‑functional growth initiatives with measurable financial impact.
• Technical Knowledge – RGM analytics tools, advanced proficiency in data analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape strategic growth initiatives from prioritization to delivery and adoption.
• Translate commercial strategy (RGM levers) into actionable plans deployed in partnership with BUs/Markets.
• Serve as enterprise RGM SME and advisor to senior commercial leadership.
• Design, implement, and scale RGM strategies across markets and channels.
• Build advanced analytics models (elasticity, simulation, scenario planning) to inform decisions.
• Develop global playbooks, capability roadmaps, and best‑practice frameworks.
• Drive organizational change, agile ways‑of‑working, and upskilling capability.
• Track KPIs, value delivery, and initiative ROI with structured governance.
• Understand statistical modeling and elasticity computations, proficient in simulations supporting decisions with the RGM 5 levers.
• Collaborate with digital‑commerce teams to develop RGM strategies for digital‑commerce opportunities.
• Own and oversee rollout, adoption, change management and impact of activities associated with RGM products/services or strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial and analytics experience, including FMCG and consultancy, with the last 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Knowledge of the latest technologies and tools to aid RGM analytics and decision making.
• Ability and agility to drive and lead cross‑functional projects.

Salary & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. The role is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with overachievement potential and participation in our long‑term incentive program. Benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, education related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. Some benefits have eligibility requirements and may be subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
