Job summary

ASM is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead global operations services for semiconductor equipment manufacturing, installation, and lifecycle support. The role partners with Field Services, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure consistency and performance across ASM's worldwide footprint.

The position requires managing an operating model, governance, and performance frameworks, with a focus on scalability, risk management, and customer impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, service delivery, and/or leadership roles in semiconductor equipment/high-tech services.
• Proven experience leading large, global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong track record of driving operational excellence, transformation, and scalable service models.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Operations Services strategy aligned with ASM's objectives and product roadmap.
• Create governance, operating cadence, and performance management framework across regions.
• Own global delivery of operational services including equipment manufacturing, installation, and lifecycle support.
• Drive adherence to service standards, KPIs, SLAs, and customer commitments.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing, diverse leadership team and foster a culture of safety and inclusion.
