Job summary

You will translate customer needs into product requirements for engineering, collaborate with GTM, marketing and sales, and guide product lifecycles from concept to high‑impact releases. Expect 20–30% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Preferred: Experience with B2B software products, services in MSP industry, and product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Product Management team from entry to senior levels.
• Oversee integrated platforms and develop department vision, strategy, and execution.
• Translate market and customer needs into product requirements for engineering.
• Collaborate across GTM, marketing, sales, and support to drive launches.
• Influence executive leadership and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Uphold lifecycle management and continuous improvement of products.
