Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Director of Product Development to shape the strategy and execution of multiple global products. You will lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, product, and quality to deliver high-impact solutions.

You will drive the product roadmap, manage budgets, and partner with senior executives to ensure alignment with business goals. This remote role includes travel and a focus on data governance and quality practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 15+ years in technical product design and bringing products to market.
• 10+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• Experience with the product development lifecycle of varying complexity.
• Experience with enterprise products, services, and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Creates strategic plan and vision; motivates others to ensure success of goals.
• Defines and launches new products and features; drives roadmap adoption.
• Collaborates with senior leadership; leads development and project plans and budgets.
• Develops strategic relationships with client decision makers.
• Evaluates product development processes; supports high development standards and quality.
• Defines data governance framework to ensure data integrity.
• Defines best practices and tooling to achieve results.
• Establishes goals, methods, and roles; coordinates cross-functional teams.
