Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Design or related field.
• 10+ years in fashion industry, children’s wear knowledge required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with proven leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Drive packaging design strategy and execution across brands.
• Lead packaging design development on designated brands and collaborate as needed.
• Establish and standardize packaging processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Own and optimize packaging systems and tools to ensure tracking and integration.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Design, Sales, Marketing, and licensors.
• Oversee supplier performance and production to meet quality and timelines.
• Manage workload planning and resource allocation for the team.
• Lead ideation and innovation while implementing new concepts and materials.
• Ensure projects are on time and within budget and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with Creative Services for showroom mockups and packaging needs.
• Partner with licensors to align with brand standards and timelines.
• Use market research to guide packaging decisions on size and structure.
• Lead and develop the packaging design team.
