Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical support or customer-facing technical roles, with 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience building and scaling technical support operations for deeply technical B2B products.
• Strong credibility with developers and engineers across Slack, tickets, and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Global Developer Success across regions and customer segments.
• Create the support operating system with SLAs/OLAs, triage, escalation paths and incident communications.
• Raise the quality bar by measuring effort, resolution, reopen rate, and ownership.
• Harden Slack response into a defined service model with standards and coverage.
• Protect engineering focus by developing runbooks, diagnostics, and escalation packets.
• Lead escalation and incident discipline with clear roles and RCAs.
• Build technical depth through training, certification, and career paths.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Docs to convert signals into improvements.
• Use tooling and AI pragmatically for routing, summaries, and analytics with real outcomes.
• Represent Temporal in strategic escalations and executive readouts.
