Job summary

Temporal Technologies is seeking a Director, Global Developer Success to lead and scale a deeply technical support organization. This leader will drive a repeatable, measurable, and differentiated customer experience across cloud-native environments, SDKs, and distributed systems.

The role requires a track record of building and scaling technical support operations, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve customer lifecycle and product

Qualifications

12+ years in technical roles including leadership
Experience building scalable developer-focused support operations
Strong experience with metrics, SLAs/OLAs, and incident management

Responsibilities

Build and lead Global Developer Success across tiers, regions, and customer segments
Define the support operating system with SLAs/OLAs, triage, escalation paths and RCA standards
Raise the quality bar by measuring effort, resolution, reopen rate and ownership
Harden Slack and customer response with defined service models and expectations
Protect Engineering focus by reducing escalations and building runbooks and knowledge systems
Lead escalation and incident discipline with clear roles and communication
Develop technical depth and enablement through training, mentoring, and certification
Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Docs to improve customer lifecycle interactions
Use tooling and AI to improve routing, summaries, and analytics
