Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, IT, finance or related discipline.
• At least seven years of procurement, sourcing, category management or SRM with leadership.
• Experience developing global sourcing strategies and leading negotiations.
• Experience with technology-enabled products, electronics or direct-material supply chains.
• Knowledge of electronic components, microchips, PCB assemblies, plastics, metals and tech solutions.
• Ability to lead global teams across functions, regions and complex structures.
• Strong commercial judgement, financial analysis, negotiation and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior-level influence.
• Fluency in English; animal health, life sciences or pharma experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver global procurement and category strategies across direct materials, indirect services and capex.
• Lead strategic sourcing, complex negotiations, contract management and supplier governance.
• Build partnerships with senior leaders and provide market and supplier insights for decisions.
• Manage supplier performance, third-party risk, due diligence and business continuity.
• Lead, coach and develop a global procurement team; foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Advance procurement capabilities via process improvement, digital tools and data-driven decisions.
