Job summary

Adecco seeks a Director to lead the Hyperscaler global digitization program, aligning long-term strategy with operational execution. You will supervise onsite managers and cross-functional teams to ensure service quality, scalability, and workforce readiness while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes governance, strategic planning, and data-driven decision making to drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth for the program and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related discipline preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum seven years of leadership experience in operations, outsourcing, managed services, or similar settings.
• Experience leading large client programs with governance, forecasting, and client relationships.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive-level reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance for Hyperscaler’s global digitization program.
• Represent Adecco with Hyperscaler stakeholders to foster a trusted partnership.
• Support growth and evolution of the program with improved service delivery.
• Lead governance including planning, reviews, performance management and risk mitigation.
• Oversee program performance through onsite managers and support teams.
• Develop and maintain operational forecasts for volume, staffing, and growth.
