Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned consultant to drive digital transformation in the Resources sector from our US operations. You will partner with C-suite executives to shape strategy, lead delivery teams, and oversee multi‑discipline programs that span strategy, technology and operations.

With 10+ years in Resources and 6+ years in consulting, you will guide client engagements, develop new business, and coach junior team members, delivering value and sustaining Accenture’s thought leadership

Qualifications

10+ years experience in the Resources space (Utilities or Chemicals & Natural Resources).
6+ years experience in consulting, strategy, or equivalent role.
4+ years experience leading multi-discipline teams.
Proven ability to lead business development and sales origination.

Responsibilities

Understand client needs, develop new strategies, and deliver high impact solutions that deliver value to clients.
Provide thought leadership on trends in digital transformation for Resources, positioning Accenture as a trusted advisor.
Lead digital transformation initiatives and manage project delivery teams, ensuring timeline, budget, and quality.
Grow your expertise and coach junior team members to help Accenture maintain its thought‑leadership position.
Lead multiple workstreams and engage most senior clients day to day as the face of delivery programs.
Support the profitability of client engagements, and identify opportunities for extension, cross-sell or up-sell.
