• Strong editorial judgment for online crises and public narratives.

Responsibilities

• Define the overarching digital strategy for Cloudflare’s corporate channels.
• Elevate executive positioning and scale personal digital brands.
• Drive multi-channel storytelling across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Bridge technical milestones to creative, accessible digital content.
• Lead crisis & rapid response to maintain transparent, values-aligned communications.
• Establish measurement frameworks for brand sentiment, voice, and engagement.
