You will collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to scale strategies across centralized and decentralized markets, with 24/7 monitoring, risk management, and continuous improvement in execution infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of profitability at a leading proprietary trading firm.
• Ownership of trading strategies running in production.
• Experience in on-chain (DeFi) trading or CeFi trading.
• Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data-driven trading.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize profitable trading strategies across CeFi and DeFi.
• Support 24/7 trading, monitoring, and risk management.
• Identify market inefficiencies across exchanges, instruments, and protocols.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance execution and trading infrastructure.
