Qualifications

• DVM degree required and eligible to practice.
• Minimum 5 years veterinary industry or clinical pathology experience.
• Diagnostic or research and publication experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical expertise in diagnostics to product management and brand teams.
• Lead strategies for novel tests/instruments within core portfolio.
• Co-lead with marketing on future product launches and on-market enhancements.
• Evaluate diagnostic business development opportunities and unmet needs.
• Develop technical content for products and services.
• Support assay transition between reference lab and point-of-care.
• Lead customer education and field-force training content.
• Identify and engage KOLs; advisory boards and speaker opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D and external KOLs on study proposals and timelines.
• Lead multi-disciplinary groups and influence senior management on technical issues.
