Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Global Development Technology Solutions to lead the digital and technology ecosystem within R&D, with a focus on clinical development in cancer research.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, drive a multi-year roadmap, advise on AI/ML/genAI applications, ensure data governance and compliance, and collaborate across Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Safety, and Data Science teams. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in pharma/biotech digital/IT.
• 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience with AI/ML/genAI, software lifecycle, 21CFR Part 11, and GxP validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year digital & tech roadmap aligned with scientific milestones.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital solutions.
• Advise on AI/ML/genAI applications.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance.
• Lead change management and digital adoption.
• Manage vendor selection and external innovation.
