Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Communications Operations Manager to drive planning, drafting, and distribution of enterprise communications. You will manage calendars, trackers, and multiple deliverables, while coordinating across the Home team and SharePoint sites to ensure content is current and compliant with enterprise standards.

You will develop metrics, report on KPIs, and support forums, newsletters, and leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, journalism, PR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in communications operations or related disciplines, preferably pharma/healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and formatting capabilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills for calendars, timelines, approvals, and multiple deliverables.
• Experience managing communications channels and content distribution across platforms.
• Experience with SharePoint and Home site content updates.
• Experience developing and maintaining processes, trackers, metrics, and reporting tools.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across a global, matrixed environment.
• Attention to detail, quality, and timely execution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to support a Credo-based culture and travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day execution of GD communications activities—planning, drafting, editing, approvals, and distribution.
• Maintain the GD communications calendar, distribution lists, trackers, and follow‑up processes.
• Manage GD channels and platforms in partnership with enterprise teams, liaising with the Home team and coordinating postings.
• Support operations, reporting, and continuous improvement with KPI tracking and quarterly reports.
• Pull external engagement updates for monthly Head of GD updates and maintain deliverables trackers.
• Coordinate GD Communications Council meetings, newsletters, town halls, leadership forums, and related resources.
