Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, or related field.
• 10+ years managing complex electronic product development programs.
• Strong leadership, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development programs from requirements to production launch.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, milestones, and exec reporting.
• Coordinate global teams across electrical, mechanical, firmware, software, quality, sourcing, testing, and manufacturing.
• Serve as primary customer contact; align on requirements, deliverables, timelines and expectations.
• Drive design reviews, readiness reviews, issue resolution, and governance activities.
• Oversee development and manufacturing readiness for PCBAs, touch displays, enclosures, and full system integration.
• Partner with suppliers and manufacturing to ensure component readiness, quality, yields, and ramps.
