The role requires coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with executive expectations. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in program management, 5+ years in the automotive industry, 3+ years in art design, and 1+ year in finance, plus bilingual English/Korean skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in art Design, Business.
• 7+ years of Program/Project management experience.
• 5+ years of automotive industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in art design.
• 1+ years of experience in finance.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end design projects throughout the mass-production vehicle development process.
• Establish, track, and coordinate design development timelines aligned with overall vehicle development schedules.
• Oversee and integrate design deliverables, issues, and key project updates across multiple programs.
• Coordinate agendas, materials, and content for design executive reviews and leadership reporting.
• Manage design-related materials and presentation assets for senior management communication.
• Identify and organize design issues requiring executive-level decision-making across projects.
• Support effective and timely design leadership decisions by providing clear options and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth design project execution.
• Serve as a central point of contact for project-related design communication and coordination.
• To secure the product budget, communicate with the Namyang PM and plan the budget, drafting/submit the BUA.
