Qualifications

• 7+ years of Program/Project management experience.
• 5+ years of Car industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience Art design.
• 1+ years of experience Finance.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Foster effective communication between Hyundai Motor Group Korea and the U.S. Design Studio.
• Manage end-to-end design projects during mass-production vehicle development.
• Establish and track design development timelines aligned with vehicle schedules.
• Oversee design deliverables and report updates across programs.
• Coordinate agendas and materials for executive design reviews.
• Ensure alignment between design intent and development constraints.
• Support designers in identifying solutions meeting requirements.
