HH Global, a leading provider of responsible marketing activation services, seeks a Design Lead to head a global Creative Production Hub. You will oversee end-to-end production of digital assets, including video and static formats, across 20+ markets.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, championing AI tools and automation to scale creative output while maintaining quality and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Progressive creative production leadership in a fast-paced agency or in-house studio serving global tech brands.
• Ability to integrate AI and generative tools into commercial production workflows.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Agile, sprint-driven mindset with strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel execution of high-volume digital assets (static and video).
• Define technical specs and ensure brand compliance and quality standards.
• Translate concepts into actionable production instructions for teams.
• Hands‑on support to meet urgent sprint deadlines.
• Mentor and lead a team of designers in a fast-paced, digital-first env.
• Collaborate with PMs and technologists to optimize delivery timelines.
• Plan capacity and prioritize pipelines by impact and regions.
• Launch assets across 20+ markets with localization rigor.
• Integrate 1P & 3P AI tools to speed production and automate repetitive tasks.
