Job summary

Pitney Bowes Bank is seeking a Deposits Product Manager (Global Treasury Services) to lead the strategy and management of deposit products across operations, reporting, and client engagement.

Hybrid role based in Shelton, CT with 4 days in the office; 150k–175k annual base, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus. You will collaborate with Finance, Risk, Technology, and Sales to drive liquidity and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in treasury services, deposit ops, or treasury product management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial deposit products and banking operations.
• Experience onboarding commercial clients and managing relationships.
• Familiarity with NACHA, OFAC, Regulation E and related banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily deposit reporting, forecasting, balance analysis.
• Develop reporting, automation, and scalable processes.
• Evaluate product performance, pricing, and customer experience.
• Lead onboarding, risk controls, and client reviews.
