Job summary

Palantir Technologies in the United States is seeking a Deployment Strategist to connect complex data problems with actionable software solutions. You will work with engineers, designers, and other strategists to deploy software across challenging workflows and scale successful customer outcomes.

You’ll immerse in customer environments, lead trainings, build bespoke workflows, and present results to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives, to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Active US Security Clearance at or above Top Secret level is required.
• Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 25–75% depending on location and team.

Responsibilities

• Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points.
• Identify datasets and work with engineers to integrate data into a stable pipeline.
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead product demonstrations.
• Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and is widely used.
• Present findings and proposals to audiences from analysts to executives.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to feed field insights into products.
• Scope engagements in new industries and expanding locations worldwide.
