Lightwheel is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to own release engineering for R&D artifacts. You will standardize build pipelines (Python, Go, C/C++, frontend) and manage deployments on overseas cloud nodes with HA and monitoring.

Responsibilities include end-to-end CI/CD automation, OTA upgrade support and unified release workflows. Strong scripting, Docker/Git and cloud experience are required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in DevOps, SRE, release engineering or delivery platforms.
• Strong Linux, shell and Python scripting skills with automation mindset.
• Experience with Docker, Git and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Cloud exposure (AWS or other clouds) and overseas node deployment preferred.
• Build, packaging and deployment workflows for two or more project types (Python/Go/C/C++/frontend).
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, rollback, high availability and alerting.

Descripción del empleo

• Take charge of compiling, packaging, artifact management and version release for R&D deliverables from multiple teams including company platform, algorithm and edge-side SDK.
• Establish standardized build pipelines for Python, Go, C/C++ and frontend projects, supporting the release of various engineering artifacts built via Nuitka/PyInstaller, Go build, CMake/Make and frontend build tools.
• Manage deployment on overseas cloud nodes; complete service deployment, network configuration, load balancing, log monitoring and high availability guarantee on public clouds such as AWS and Alibaba Cloud International Site.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the full workflow covering code commit, automatic building, testing, packaging, deployment and rollback.
• Support delivery scenarios including algorithm model services, engineering edge SDKs and OTA upgrade packages, and establish unified mechanisms for version management, gray release and rollback.
• Construct online monitoring, log collection and alerting systems as well as fault response mechanisms to ensure stable operation of overseas deployment environments.
• Collaborate with platform, algorithm and engineering R&D teams to implement standardized specifications for building, release, configuration and operation & maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in DevOps, SRE, Release Engineering, build system or delivery platform roles. Proficient in Linux and Shell/Python scripting, with strong troubleshooting and automation capabilities.
• Familiar with Docker, Git and mainstream CI/CD tools including GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins. Skilled in at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Azure etc.); overseas node deployment experience is preferred.
• Experienced in the build, packaging and deployment workflows of at least two types of projects among Python, Go, C/C++ and frontend.
• In-depth understanding of online stability assurance mechanisms including service monitoring, log collection, alerting, rollback and high availability.
• Excellent cross-team communication skills, capable of driving R&D teams to adopt unified release and deployment standards.
• Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Python compilation and packaging tools such as Nuitka, PyInstaller and Cython. Familiar with Go cross-compilation, as well as C/C++ build systems based on CMake, Make, GCC and Clang. Knowledgeable about Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform, Ansible; experience in MLOps, GPU environment and inference service deployment is a plus.
• Prior experience delivering IoT, robotics or autonomous driving products, as well as edge device SDK and OTA release.
• Experience in overseas multi-region deployment, private on-premises delivery and ToB enterprise deployment; familiarity with code obfuscation, binary hardening, license authorization and offline deployment is highly advantageous.
