• Experience translating demand into supply plans for multi-product portfolios.
• Experience with Excel modeling and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Experience using ERP/supply planning systems (SAP/Oracle/Kinaxis) to manage inventory and fulfillment.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and balance lead times, capacity, and costs.
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and operations teams to align launch quantities.
