Job summary

Nike is seeking a strategic demand planning professional to own Air MI's end-to-end demand signal and translate market insights into actionable planning guidance. You will drive cross-functional alignment around a single demand plan and continuously improve forecasting accuracy across long-range, annual, and short-term horizons.

You will partner with Sport Dimension and analytics teams to understand lifecycle changes and market opportunities, leading monthly demand reviews and implementing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in SCM or related field.
• 3+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Experience forecasting across multiple horizons and leading S&OP/SIOP processes.
• Proficiency with SAP IBP/APO or similar planning tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Air MI's end-to-end demand signal and translate insights into planning guidance.
• Drive cross-functional alignment around a single demand plan and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Develop and maintain forecasts across long-range, annual, and short-term horizons.
• Partner with Sport Dimension teams to understand lifecycle transitions and market opportunities.
• Lead monthly demand reviews and S&OP/SIOP processes and communicate clear assumptions and risks.
