Dell Technologies is recruiting a Director of Global Defense and Intelligence Security Programs for its Security & Resiliency team in McLean, VA. The role oversees the strategy, portfolio management, and execution of classified and sensitive security initiatives across the US and key allied countries.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global Defense & Intelligence security programs.
• Ability to develop and deliver executive-level materials and briefings.
• Strong governance, risk, and performance management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global Defense & Intelligence security program portfolio, including prioritization, roadmap development, execution oversight, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain program governance, operating rhythms, metrics, and reporting for compliance, risk, cost, and delivery milestones.
• Drive organizational rigor across classified and sensitive programs through standardized processes and audit readiness.
• Develop and deliver executive-level briefings, dashboards, talking points, and decision materials for senior leadership and governance bodies.
• Translate complex security topics into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
• Lead a dual-pillar global security organization: US-focused on NISP, ICD, DFARS; international on NATO, FVEY, and foreign government engagement.
• Oversee classified operations and secure facility governance across multiple countries.
• Act as a senior partner to DCSA, Intelligence Community elements, and international government authorities.
