Responsibilities

• Advise on the full range of debt finance matters, including leveraged finance, private credit, and syndicated facilities.
• Advise for lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Structure and execute complex financings with pragmatic guidance.
• Provide clear legal and commercial advice to clients.
