Job summary

Qualifications

At least 3 years in US energy/infrastructure project financing.
Holdco financing for energy/infrastructure projects.
US tax equity financings for energy/transition projects.
Construction to back-leverage financing; tax equity/tax credits experience a plus.
J.D. from an accredited US law school.
High academic achievement.
Entrepreneurial, team-oriented mindset.
Admitted to the DC bar (or waivable).
Experience at a peer Am Law or international firm.

Responsibilities

Advise on project development and finance across energy, infra, resources and transport sectors.
Draft and review project finance documentation, PPPs, multi-source financings.
Advise sponsors, lenders, governments, contractors and investors.
Collaborate with colleagues in construction, environmental, tax, regulatory and disputes practices.
Deliver projects across multiple jurisdictions.
