Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior leader to own governance, quality, and processes for Global Operations & Supply Chain Data. You will drive data analyses, enable automation, and collaborate with leaders to deliver business outcomes through data as a strategic asset.

Ideal candidates will have extensive P2P, ERP, and data management experience across large, matrixed organizations, with a track record of transformational initiatives and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years in software or data governance or data management roles
• 7+ years experience with Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with advanced degree
• 5+ years of managerial experience
• Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business Data Management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver data-driven outcomes
• Expert Procure to Pay (P2P) knowledge
• Experience enabling digital transformation with structured and semi/unstructured data
• Familiarity with ERP, PLM, Data Governance, BI tools, and data visualization

Responsibilities

• Own governance, quality, and process expertise for Global Operations & Supply Chain Data
• Champion knowledge growth and clear communications with leaders and stakeholders
• Conduct data analyses to drive root cause analysis and data quality improvements
• Collaborate with global and local data leaders to develop best-in-class solutions
• Model and transform data to raise productivity and enable better decision making
• Perform ad hoc extractions and analyses from source systems to drive solutions
• Manage data resources and project deliverables for data improvements and migrations
• Maintain analytical systems and documentation and drive data quality improvements
• Coach a team focused on tactical, operational, and strategic data quality activities
