Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a data center technology role.
2+ years of TCP/IP networking, network cabling, fiber, optic types, and test equipment experience.
2+ years of management/team lead function experience.

Responsibilities

Direct a group of technicians installing and building server rack capacity for customers.
Deliver capacity to existing data centers and help bring online new facilities.
Develop and mentor teams of technicians and engineers, providing technical and leadership guidance.
Improve all processes and procedures to drive efficiency.
Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet safety and security standards.
