Job summary

Dermalogica LLC is seeking a Global Data Analyst to own the global analytics ecosystem across markets and channels. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensure data quality, and empower stakeholders with timely insights.

You’ll develop a standard data model, consolidate analytic tools, govern data integrity, and extend analytics capabilities across the business. This hybrid role is based in Carson, CA with on-site guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field.
• 3-5 years of analytical experience.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Excel; experience building visualizations from large data sets and multiple sources.
• Experience with Python or other automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain global and international reports and data flows in Power BI; troubleshoot data quality and update dashboards with new information.
• Incorporate manual data reports (e.g., Amazon US sell-out data) and explore automation in Power BI.
• Act as the primary bridge between business users and IT for sell-in data queries; simplify and streamline reporting processes.
