Job summary

Mecka AI is seeking a Commercial and International Counsel to draft and negotiate data licensing and commercial agreements, including vendor and partnership contracts. You will help build templates, negotiate terms, and price risk for multi-market operations to support our hardware-enabled workflows.

You will partner with sales and operations to close deals efficiently, oversee entity formation, contractor terms, and compliance across markets, and manage relationships with outside counsel.

Qualifications

• Draft and negotiate customer agreements, data licensing, vendor and partnership contracts.
• Create standard agreements and negotiation playbooks used by sales teams.
• Lead the legal workstream for new market entries, including entity formation and local terms.
