Morgan Advanced Materials is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across a global manufacturing portfolio, spanning ~100 entities and 19 countries from 2025 to 2027. The D365 Lead Functional Consultant for Sales will own the design, implementation and optimisation of sales modules, guiding local resources and aligning with the global solution design and regulatory requirements.

They will collaborate with analysts, developers and project managers to deliver seamless system integration.

Formación

• 7+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX, focused on sales modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Systems; Certification in Dynamics 365 Sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead local implementations from a sales perspective through all programme phases.
• Collaborate with business units to aid adoption of global sales processes.
• Provide expert knowledge in D365 sales modules configuration and associated business processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders, Global Process Owners, technical teams, developers, and other consultants to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Deliver training on D365 functionality during deployment to ensure system adoption.
• Ensure all deliverables meet programme requirements and adhere to best practices and industry standards.
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency in sales operations.
