Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Director to lead Global Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, Compliance & Identity. You will shape enterprise governance, risk management, and identity security for IT, OT, and product ecosystems, coordinating across leadership to embed security into platforms and processes.

Provide strategic oversight of IAM, OT security, and regulatory compliance programs, driving KPIs and board-level reporting while partnering with executive leadership on risk prioritization and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or identity management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise GRC functions.
• Strong working knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and SOC frameworks.
• Experience with global regulatory and compliance programs (SOX, GDPR, PCI DSS, CMMC, TISAX).
• Demonstrated leadership in complex, global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Integrate GRC, IAM, and OT security into a unified cybersecurity risk model.
• Define and mature enterprise cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Own regulatory, legal, and customer-driven compliance programs (SOX, GDPR, CMMC, TISAX).
• Oversee audits, regulatory engagements, and customer security assessments.
• Deliver cyber risk reporting and board-level materials.
