Job summary

BCG Platinion is seeking Cybersecurity Consultants to deliver advanced cybersecurity services for global clients. You will apply risk-based approaches, develop strategies and roadmaps, and guide teams through complex security programs.

Role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of practical experience in cybersecurity consulting or cybersecurity management (team leadership).
• BS in cybersecurity, information systems, mathematics, natural sciences, business management, or similar degree.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27000 family, etc.).
• Willingness to travel globally to work with clients and BCG teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity expertise to deliver innovative client solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cybersecurity practices.
• Develop cybersecurity strategies, policies, and roadmaps.
• Lead security assessments and risk quantification.
• Support cybersecurity culture change and training initiatives.
