Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure is seeking a Cyber Compliance Analyst to join the Global Information Security team. You will lead cyber compliance activities across audits, help with evidence collection, and improve processes while mentoring teammates.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen risk management and security controls in a multinational environment. In this role, you will support audits like SOC1, SOC2, and MUSL across North and Latin America, assist with ISO 27001,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in information security audit/compliance
• Practical experience leading SOC 1, SOC 2, MUSL audits; familiarity with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS
• Familiarity with NIST CSF/800-53 and gaming industry standards (GLI-GSF, GLI-19, GLI-33) or MUSL regulations
• Experience with AI and automation to support GRC processes
• Proactive, adaptable mindset in a changing cybersecurity landscape
• Strong teamwork, and clear written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to cyber compliance activities across global audits and improve processes
• Assist SOC1, SOC2, and MUSL audits across North and Latin America
• Support ISO 27001, ITGC, GLI audits and PCI assessments
• Support third-party assessments and cybersecurity policy updates
• Collaborate with internal audit to address findings and drive remediation
• Track and resolve risks through structured risk management processes
• Support the broader information security program and key security initiatives
• Identify gaps and propose cybersecurity improvements
