Parsons in the United States is seeking an amazingly talented Training Manager to join our team. The Training Manager is responsible for ensuring the project training curriculum is developed and training events are conducted on time in accordance with the project schedule.

You will coordinate with the Government Action Officer and Senior Instructor to plan training events, ensure resources, and drive continuous improvement for CWMD training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (including military experience) in a technical or educational field.
• 10+ years of related work experience required.
• At least 5 years managing training events internationally.
• CWMD training experience on similar projects preferred.
• Proven experience designing and executing training programs.
• Strong writing and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Supports the selection of the Senior Instructor and plan events.
• Works with the Senior Instructor and Government Action Officer to plan training events.
• Ensures curriculum development and event preparation are on schedule.
• Assigns instructors and translates curriculum; provides QA reviews for training materials.
• Participates in Training Event planning meetings and leads the Training Event Plan development.
• Conducts training needs/gap assessments.
• Coordinates with project managers to develop budgets, schedules, and plans.
• Ensures project meets or exceeds goals in the plans.
• Reviews training curricula and materials for quality control.
• Reviews Training Event Reports for lessons learned and continuous improvement.
• Promotes QA processes and monitors project progress.
• Participates in weekly status meetings and action item formation.
• Performs other duties as needed.
