Job summary

Hexagon Mining is seeking a Customs Compliance and Logistics Coordinator to join its high-tech engineering and manufacturing team in Tucson, AZ. You will support day-to-day supply chain activities, ensuring compliance for all products imported and exported into and out of the United States.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will help administer the Customs Compliance Program, monitor regulatory changes, and coordinate import/export clearance activities across global operations, while

Qualifications

HS/HTS classification and shipping documents required.
Experience with export/import regulatory compliance needed.
Knowledge of US customs regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

Partner with Supply Chain Manager to administer Customs Compliance Program.
Research and communicate trade compliance regulations across the organization.
Monitor changes in customs laws and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate import/export clearance processes for Hexagon Mining.
Maintain records and conduct post-entry reviews for compliance.
Prepare Certificates of Origin and assess country of origin and content value.
Coordinate preferential treatment under Free Trade Agreements and maintain certificates.
Assist in negotiating regional contracts and carrier selection.
Maintain ERP item master related to COO, HS codes, and Schedule B.
