Job summary

Chipright is seeking a Customer Support Engineer (Consultant) to guide customers to success with our hyperspectral system hardware and software. You will deliver a reliable, user-friendly experience across medical, aerospace, drone, agriculture, and security markets.

You will provide direct customer support, create and maintain helpful content, and collaborate with field engineers to improve our support services. Fluent English and strong technical writing are essential.

• Occasionally deliver on-site customer training.
