Job summary

Hyperion Materials & Technologies in the United States seeks a Senior Planner to manage manufacturing order planning, ensuring customer demand is met and inventory levels are optimized. You will coordinate between production, sales, and customer service to keep the shop floor informed and drive on-time delivery.

The role includes creating estimates, entering orders, system maintenance, production planning, and inventory management while ensuring supplier delivery and internal stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 4 years of experience in manufacturing/materials roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule manufacturing orders to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
• Serve as liaison between production, sales, and customer service to ensure timely information flow.
• Enter orders, update systems, and maintain accurate production and inventory data.
• Coordinate with procurement to issue purchase orders and manage supplier delivery.
• Assist with contract reviews and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Support safety audits and ensure adherence to procurement policies.
