Job summary

Parexel International is seeking a Clinical Trial Leader (CTL) in the United States with oncology and/or inflammation experience. The CTL will lead the clinical delivery team, oversee trial preparation, conduct, and closeout, and drive planning, risk mitigation, and engagement with investigators and sites globally.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and deep regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical trial project management experience.
• Experience in Therapeutic Areas relevant to client pipeline.
• Understanding of US FDA, EMA and PMDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead trial teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.

• Manage budget oversight and vendor relationships.
• Communicate trial status to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
