Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks an Associate to partner with the COO in driving strategic, operational, and technology/data agendas for Global Credit Financing. You will coordinate across Front Office, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Finance to execute priorities and support platform growth.

The role focuses on strategic initiatives, technology transformation, and senior management projects, with emphasis on analytics, governance, and stakeholder accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related quantitative field.
• Experience in Markets, Financing, Credit, or Structured Products.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions; coding ability a plus
• Strong written/verbal communication, including executive-level materials
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Support execution across analytics/reporting, technology/process improvements, operational matters/improvements, and key business initiatives
• Oversee and manage critical controls related to operational aspects of the business (trustee oversight, collateral documentation reviews, ongoing management of facilities, and portfolio data/analytics).
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business questions (e.g., portfolio themes, key risks, client analysis, operations/governance, trajectory/P&L).
• Partner with Technology, QR, Risk, and Front Office to drive tech initiatives – prioritization discussions, project requirements, testing, and post-launch adoption.
• Prepare and refine senior-level materials including weekly/monthly business/portfolio updates and materials for regulatory questions/exams
