Job summary

The Macro Research team within Global Investment Research focuses on the intersection between economics and financial markets across a wide class of assets including equities, rates, FX, credit, mortgages, and commodities. We are seeking an experienced credit strategist to join the Global Credit Strategy Research team in New York City.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years in investment strategy research, with familiarity in corporate credit markets.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or STEM; CFA/CAIA preferable.
• Strong quantitative skills and fluency in applied statistics and econometrics.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Desire to work collaboratively across teams and cities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets related to global corporate credit markets (IG, HY, loans, private).
• Publish timely investment research including weekly pieces and deep dives.
• Update charts/data for research and client marketing decks.
• Support internal stakeholders with bespoke data requests and client meetings.
• Collaborate with Macro Strategy team and regional economists.
• Help modernize data infrastructure where applicable.
