• Present findings to senior leadership and answer questions on analyses.
• Lead surveillance efforts and prepare portfolio observations for management.
• Update and maintain internal rating methodology.
• Ensure compliance with Credit Risk policies and procedures.
• Provide training to juniors and analysts; collaborate with global teams.
