Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Global Director of Corporate Credit to lead the worldwide credit strategy, governance, and policy infrastructure for a multi-billion-dollar receivables portfolio. The role drives transformation, analytics, and risk management across global operations and reports to executive leadership.

Responsibilities include setting vision, standardizing processes, approving credit limits, and guiding collections, risk mitigation, and capital efficiency while ensuring SOX

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 10+ years of management experience in corporate credit within a global industrial company.
• Strong financial acumen and broad trade finance / international credit experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proven track record of delivering results and leading change management.

Responsibilities

• Set the global vision and strategic direction for Parker's Corporate Credit Processes and Policies.
• Lead transformation of global credit operations with standardized best practices and scalable tools.
• Oversee global accounts receivable operations to optimize cash flow and working capital.
• Provide senior-level review of complex credit decisions and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to align credit strategies with growth objectives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

Master's degree in business administration or related advanced degree
