Job summary

Binance is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive onboarding and ongoing engagement of high-impact crypto creators within a global ecosystem. You will own cross-channel partnerships, collaborate with product and marketing teams, and shape programs that boost retention and brand reach across regions.

The role requires strong communications, analytical skills, and a proactive, autonomous mindset in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnerships, affiliate management, or cross-channel marketing, preferably in crypto.
Experience in crypto creator communities or a strong network within crypto.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
Ambitious, goal-oriented, self-motivated with ability to work independently and with remote teams.
Up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in crypto marketing.

Responsibilities

Identify and recruit global crypto creators and oversee onboarding.
Develop creator engagement and retention strategies; liaise between creators and internal teams.
Manage a portfolio of global crypto creators; track growth metrics for engagement and satisfaction.
Build community growth programs and creator marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
Collaborate with creators for AMA sessions, interviews, and community initiatives.
Stay updated on crypto trends, news, and competitor activities.
