Accenture Song seeks a seasoned Production leader to drive creative execution across film, social, photography, design, and experiential work. You will guide teams, optimize processes, and shape production strategy for a global client portfolio.

You will build and mentor a diverse production organization, balancing craft with efficiency, and collaborating with senior creative and client leadership to deliver impactful work at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in agency production or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multi-market projects.
• Strong budget, staffing, forecasting, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production across film, social, photography, design, experiential, digital, and emerging platforms.
• Provide senior leadership on high-stakes productions and client accounts.
• Lead teams, mentor producers, and build a scalable, high-performing production organization.
• Develop relationships across makers, specialists, and production partners to unlock opportunities.
• Set production strategy, budgets, timelines, and governance to deliver high-quality work.
• Drive innovation by adopting new technologies while maintaining operational discipline.
